Johan Vermeiren invited to the global Service Summit under the motto "Setting the PACE" in Barcelona. We gathered at the golf hotel La Mola in Terassa, close to Barcelona in Spain. The Workshop started with a welcome dinner Monday, September 26th and ended with a great dinner at a marvelous restaurant Montjuic el Xalet above Barcelona with a spectacular view across the city. The workshop of the PA Division service team was the kick-off of the global Full Potential Service Strategy. On Thursday, September 29th we had the joy to participate in a sailing regatta. The included pictures are taken by the team J who enjoyed the regatta very much and ended as second last team (we could enjoy longer!).
